Data Export & Backup
Download your Health Lodge records as CSV files for offline backup.
How to back up to Google Drive or an external drive:
- Click Export All or export individual sections below.
- Your browser will download the CSV file(s) to your computer.
- Move the downloaded files to your Google Drive folder or external hard drive.
- We recommend doing this at the end of each camp day.
Patients
All patient records including demographics, triage status, and contact info.
Progress Notes
All SOAP notes, visit records, and clinical documentation.
Alerts
All system alerts including EMS activations and critical triage alerts.
Inventory
Health lodge supply inventory, quantities, and reorder thresholds.
Controlled Substances
Controlled substance inventory and DEA schedule information.
Medication Logs
Full administration, waste, and restock log entries.
Field First Aid Reports
All field first aid incident reports submitted by staff.
Camper Health Profiles
Camper health profile data including allergies, conditions, and medications.
📅 Recommended Backup Schedule
- Daily: Export Patients, Progress Notes, and Medication Logs at end of day.
- Weekly: Export All to create a full weekly archive.
- End of Camp: Export All for permanent records before the session closes.
